Standard Delivery

Dispatch Time

Items will be shipped using the quickest and most efficient method where possible. Goods will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of cleared payment received unless otherwise stated. Deliveries usually take place between Monday – Friday 8am -7pm excluding public holidays.

Delivery & Contact Details

Please provide us as much information as possible during purchase checkout; the information you provide will help us getting the item to you as quick as we can. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and your contact details are up-to-date and someone will be available at the address to take delivery of your order.

Collection Point

Our courier service can only deliver the goods to the front door of the designated delivery address. In the case of apartments or flats delivery is to the lobby of the building only as the delivery driver is not insured to go beyond these points. If the goods are too big to post through your letter box, or requires signature from the recipient and no one is able to sign for the delivery, the courier will normally leave a calling card through your letter box to notify you their attempt of delivery and information of whether the goods can be arrange for redelivery or require to be collected from the courier’s depot.

Out of Stock Notice

In the event of out of stock which delivery date may be affected, customers will always be notified in advance to confirm delivery date.

Shipping Damage Report

We always check our goods and try to ensure they are in perfect conditions before goods dispatch to customers from our warehouse. However when customers receive their delivery if the goods are found damaged during transit, to enable us process product replacement efficiently customers must follow the procedure steps below:

  • Make notes of the damage.
  • Take some detail digital photos using a mobile phone camera or a digital camera to reference and report the damage to us immediately via mail: sales@zardina.com.
  • Sign the driver’s delivery paperwork and state “goods as damaged” to proof goods delivered not in good condition, and reject the delivery back to the courier and contact us immediately via email sales@zardina.com to report the problem and we can arrange replacement immediately.
